Mission & vision

Understanding, visualising and sustainably reducing absenteeism. That is what we work on every day.

In concrete terms: helping organisations reduce absenteeism with a data-driven approach.

Our mission

Preventing absenteeism instead of repairing it

At VitsAll we see people as the engine of every organisation. Yet most organisations only discover what was going on when it shows in the absenteeism figures, when it is already too late. Our mission is to turn that around. With data, substantiated with TNO, we show per target group where risks arise, before they become absenteeism. As a regional partner we then help turn those insights into policy that lasts.

“One partner, from insight to lasting results.”

Our vision

Absenteeism as a board-level choice

We believe sustainable employability is not a stand-alone HR initiative, but a choice that belongs at the board table and in the annual plan. Organisations that steer on data instead of assumptions invest more precisely, keep their people employable and see the results. We want to be the standard for data-driven absenteeism policy in the Netherlands.

“From a one-off measurement to lasting policy.”

What is VitsAll?

VitsAll is the data-driven solution that helps organisations understand, measure and reduce absenteeism.

  • Scientifically substantiated: With TNO and the Sustainable Employability Index (DIX).

  • Measuring at every level: Risks mapped at organisation, team and individual level.

  • Steering on figures: Policy based on data, not on assumptions.

  • One partner from A to Z: From insight to policy, we guide the entire process.

Sabine Bakkum, elite gymnast and Dutch champion

Where it all began

VitsAll was founded from a passion for sports and vitality. Sabine Bakkum, the founder, was an elite gymnast until she was 18. At a young age, she already understood how important physical vitality and mental resilience are, not only to perform optimally, but also to prioritize your own health.

Despite her many injuries, she became Dutch champion and trained at the home base of TeamNL. From these experiences, she now inspires others as a founder, together with her team, to get moving, both physically and mentally.

Those years taught her one thing: you prevent an injury rather than repair it afterwards. That is exactly the principle VitsAll brings to organisations. Together with co-founder Alex, she helps organisations know where risks arise, before they turn into absence.

What we stand for

Our core values

Five principles that determine how we work, with clients, partners and each other.

  1. People first

Employees are the engine of your organisation. Everything we measure and do starts with them.

  2. Insight before action

First know what is going on, then invest. No interventions on gut feeling.

  3. Activation over motivation

Motivation fades, behaviour stays. We make sure employees actually get moving.

  4. Scientifically substantiated

Our approach rests on TNO methodology and a benchmark of 15,000+ measurements.

  5. Structural impact

Not a one-off action, but policy in cycles that delivers measurable results.
