What exactly does VitsAll do?

VitsAll helps organisations predict absenteeism and reduce it sustainably. We do that with three services: the Strategic Absenteeism Consultant, Data-Driven Absenteeism Insight with the VitsAll Risk scan (substantiated with TNO) and the Strategic Absenteeism Partner.

Where do we start: with the consultant or straight with the Risk scan?

That depends on how sharp your absenteeism question already is. If you do not yet know where the absenteeism comes from, you start with the Strategic Absenteeism Consultant. If the question is already clear, you can go straight to Data-Driven Absenteeism Insight. We decide that together in the first conversation.

How quickly can we start?

After the strategy call we plan the start together. The Risk scan itself is open for about two weeks, and employees spend around 15 minutes on it.

Which organisations is VitsAll suitable for?

Accepted Answer

For organisations from 50 employees, from SMEs to organisations with multiple locations or countries. We produce sub-reports per group from 15 people.

Is the research reimbursed?

Accepted Answer

Is your organisation collectively insured with supplementary cover? Then the VitsAll research is fully reimbursed, depending on the insurer and the policy conditions. We are happy to think along about the options.

How do you handle employee data?

Accepted Answer

GDPR-proof working comes first and our software is ISO-certified. Reports are at group level, from 15 people per group.
