VitsAll and Sysmex Join Forces

We are proud to announce an exciting new collaboration: starting September 17, 2026, VitsAll will launch its sustainable employability assessment at Sysmex Netherlands and Belgium.

Sysmex is a globally renowned name in laboratory diagnostics and technology. The fact that an organization with such a strong scientific foundation has chosen VitsAll to gain insight into the wellbeing and development of its people feels like a wonderful recognition of what we stand for.

What is the VitsAll Assessment?

The VitsAll Assessment, also known as our risk scan, provides insight into the current state of sustainable employability within an organization. Using our methodology, developed in collaboration with TNO, we identify the state of vitality and sustainable employability, including potential risks, before they become visible in the figures. This enables organizations to make targeted adjustments rather than taking action only once a problem has already emerged.

At Sysmex, we will specifically look at vitality and the needs of employees at different stages of life, as well as how communication and collaboration between different generations can be better aligned. The goal is to enable Sysmex to tailor its vitality strategy to what is truly happening within the organization and what its people actually need.

What does it deliver?

For Sysmex, this means concrete insights: where are the risks, what is already working well, and where are the opportunities to keep employees sustainably employable? Not isolated observations, but a well-founded basis for making targeted investments in the people who keep the company running. Now and in the future!

A strong start

The project was made possible in part by the great communication and pleasant collaboration with the Head of HR at Sysmex Netherlands and Belgium. Together, we have developed a strong plan that we are genuinely excited about, with the goal of achieving positive results step by step and creating a working environment in which people can remain sustainably employable.
