Occupational health, risk assessment & PMO: see risks before they become absence

As an employer you have legal obligations regarding working conditions. An up-to-date risk inventory and evaluation (RI&E) is the best known, together with agreements with an occupational health service or company doctor. But the law is a minimum: whoever looks further uses these instruments to really prevent absence.

A good RI&E shows which risks exist in the organisation and which measures fit. Preventive medical examination (PMO) and health checks can help employees gain early insight into their health. The emphasis lies on preventing, instead of recovering after dropout.

In this theme we collect articles on occupational health obligations, the RI&E and preventive health checks, and on how to combine them with data on absence and employability. The goal is always the same: see risks before they become absence.
